Bl....y Deviant won't allow me to submit anything. It keeps saying it won't allow my submission into this category...whichever submission and whichever category. I have emailed the help desk but it could be days before its dealt with. Has anyone any ideas, please?
New Equipment
Well, I've gorn and done it. I was incredibly lucky with one those annoying PPI firms and can say it's well worth getting them to check up for you, even if they do take 30% plus VAT.
I've got enough to buy a second hand Canon with a standard 18-55mm lens and a new 70-300mm lens from my excellent local camera shop Ffordes of Beauly who have a first class on line service and have given me a really good exchange price on my old Olympus. I thoroughly recommend them...the shop is absolutely fantastic, completely drool making.

I'm not able to get out and about much these days because of personal circumstances....certainly not out of the Highlands...tho' of course there are worse places to be stuck!
So, I have been tremendously uplifted as I catch up with all your submissions that I've missed over the past weeks...you are so wonderfully talented and creative and your work fills me with immense joy.
I have submitted a few of my recent local shots and really appreciate those of you who have collected or faved them.

I'm not sure where the last 4 months have gone.
I thought i had been hibernating in which case I should have been on DA far more than i have but i don't seem to have had the energy to do much. Anno domini catching up.
i'm glad to be back in the garden, at least I was until the snow arrived again yesterday. I will share a few shots of the garden and especially my helibores which I adore plus a few of my porcine pals.

Is this fixed now? I use Firefox (see Buntcone's comment) and have not had any problems.
