Well, I've gorn and done it. I was incredibly lucky with one those annoying PPI firms and can say it's well worth getting them to check up for you, even if they do take 30% plus VAT. I've got enough to buy a second hand Canon with a standard 18-55mm lens and a new 70-300mm lens from my excellent local camera shop Ffordes of Beauly who have a first class on line service and have given me a really good exchange price on my old Olympus. I thoroughly recommend them...the shop is absolutely fantastic, completely drool making. Sooo, whether it will improve my photography we shall have to wait and see. Dear friends, I'm not able to get out and about much these days because of personal circumstances....certainly not out of the Highlands...tho' of course there are worse places to be stuck! So, I have been tremendously uplifted as I catch up with all your submissions that I've missed over the past weeks...you are so wonderfully talented and creative and your work fills me with immense joy.
